It’s always good to know what foods help and hurt acne. Here I have listed the foods which are best for your skin. A few months ago, I noticed that my face was horrible. I had pimples on my chin, forehead, cheek, nose, and upper lip. My skin looked red and bumpy. I felt like I had a bad case of acne. I tried many over-the-counter products, but none helped me get rid of my acne. I decided to try home remedies. One of them is honey, and the Other of them is Cinnamon.

I made a mixture of one teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder, put them in water, and left them overnight. In the morning, I washed my face with a warm washcloth and felt much better. I continued this process for two weeks. By the end of this period, I noticed that my acne was clearing up, and there was hardly any pimple on my face.
